1. All sales are final.

2. BUYER/CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFE AND PROPER INSTALLATION AND USE OF ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM VELOCITY MOTORING, LLC. We shall not be liable for any damages due to improper installation and/or failure to verify proper fit on any products. Installation must be performed by a qualified, trained professional.

3. Buyer/Customer must report/notify by telephone any perceived defective, damaged or incorrect products within 72 hours of receipt in order to receive a required Returned Materials Authorization Number (RMA #) for return to Velocity Motoring, LLC. Freight must be prepaid by the buyer/customer.

• Velocity Motoring, LLC is expressly limited to replacement only of any defective products. All returns are subject to inspection, validation and verification before replacement is sent.
• Velocity Motoring, LLC is not liable for the usage of any products damaged during shipment. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the condition of the goods prior to installation. Buyer/Customer must retain all packaging materials and wait for additional instructions from Velocity Motoring, LLC and/or the shipping company before taking any further action.
• Velocity Motoring, LLC will correct any products received in error upon proper notification. Product must be returned in “new condition;” that is, products must not have been previously installed, used and/or damaged in any manner.
• All shipments will be rejected by Velocity Motoring, LLC for any products returned/sent “freight collect” and/or with no Return Materials Authorization Numbers.

4. All methods of payments must be approved by Velocity Motoring, LLC at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to hold checks up to seven (7) business days prior to delivery of any products. In addition, buyer/customer shall be responsible for any fees associated with returned/bounced checks. Any attempt to defraud Velocity Motoring, LLC will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This includes, but not limited to, stop payments of checks; credit card charge backs and returned checks.

5. Any cancellations on special order and/or machined to order wheels are subject to a 25% restocking fee provided that the items have not shipped out yet. This includes but not limited to tires, wheel customizations, custom wheels, and accessories.

6. Some aftermarket parts installed on vehicle may interfere with wheel and tire fitment. This includes, but not limited to suspension and brake systems. Please inform us of any aftermarket parts you have installed so we can use our best judgment to ensure that the wheels will be compatible. Buyer shall be responsible for any return shipping / restocking fees.

LIMITED ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY

Velocity Motoring, LLC offers a one (1) year limited manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship of our products.

This warranty excludes any normal wear and tear, damages caused by accidents, harsh/abrasives cleaners and any abuse of any kind including hitting any objects, curbs, and potholes as well as being struck by any object including road debris.
